CHARGE NURSE MASTERY

This mentorship program is designed to equip current and aspiring nurse leaders with the essential knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage healthcare teams and deliver high-quality patient care. The program explores core principles of leadership, communication, team building / management and ward management with a strong focus on real-world application in diverse clinical settings.

Participants will gain insight into:
